It was always our intention to change one beer and replace it with a new one and we have done exactly that for the last 2 years. Think IPA, Westcoast IPA, Lost Monday, Summersault etc. Explorer Series are experimental, seasonal and one-off brews that change frequently.
Kveik Red Ale
A subtle bouquet of orange & citrus amidst flavourful hops in this malty brew made with an ancient yeast that originated in the farmstead of Sigmund Gjernes from Voss, Norway.
Monk’s Potion
Amber hued Belgian style ale crafted with spice inducing yeast and roasted coriander & Earl grey tea.
Oktoberfest
Beautifully balanced lager that has a malt-forward profile which showcases toasty & caramel-like flavours.
Ginger Porter
Ginger adds warmth to the already rich, dark & luscious brew making it even more decedent.
Punch Nu Ale
Cold pressed guava & pineapple find their way into this ‘punch’ of an ale made with wheat & barley malts along with lemon, rock salt and cayenne pepper.
Sunshine Kolsch
Brewed using top-fermenting yeast, this light yellow, straw-like hybrid of a lager & an ale.

Introducing our first 100 IBU IPA which is 2x more bitter than our normal IPAs but comes with the balance created by lactose, milk sugar, and is deceptively easy to drink.
Valencia Orange
Sweet oranges from Valencia, California have been infused during the brewing process in this wheat beer.
Hoppy Belgian Tripel
Belgian style hoppy and racey tripel made with Indian candy sugar – mishri and tons of finishing hops. Collaborative brew for Tapped.
