Unfiltered to retain the goodness of yeast and hop oils, Mouteka from New Zealand finds it’s way into A1 this time around. What does it taste like, well, you tell us this time around!
Deep gold in colour, this beer gives out a heady aroma of citrus and pine. Sweetness from generous quantities of barley is balanced with a rounded, but firm bitterness. It finishes dry with a thirst-quenching quality and a slightly-bitter-pucker.
This single malt, single hop beer is indeed top-class and is here to single-handedly raise the IPA bar in this City.
