Bohemian Pilsner

Our Beers
Bohemian Pilsner

Originally a lager made in the city of Pilzen and hence called Pilsner, this new brew is a recreation of the classic that was the first ever blond lager made in Bohemia, much of which is now Czech Republic. It is indeed such a favoured classic that you will be surprised to learn that the Czechs have the highest per capita consumption of beer in the world!

Our brew is called Bohemian Pilsner not only because it is inspired from a classic that originated in Bohemia but also because in true bohemian fashion, we have strayed from the norm and instead of using Czech Saaz hops, have used American Cascade hops. Cascade hops were once so prevalent that they virtually defined the flavour of American craft beers. Classic meets modern classic!

Bohemian Pilsner is crisp, malty with a well-rounded bitterness and a subtle hop aroma & flavour derived from the late addition of Cascade hops.

Na zdraví – to your health, as they say in Czech Republic!
