In keeping with the trend of making eclectic beers, this one is the mother of ALL! We like tea, so we made a beer with tea – Darlingjee. We drink coffee, so we made a stout with coffee – Kaapi Stout. We like fruits…. you get the point!
Nimbu Paani ale is naturally soured, very light and refreshing ale made with locally grown wheat and barley malt and soured using probiotics in the kettle over 24 hours and then finished off Citra hops, that add a lime like citrus character, and Himalayan pink salt. It’s light, refreshing and you will want another gulp!
