Otto Pilot

Drafted during the Great War, Leutnant Otto was assigned the revolutionary Eindecker fighter aircraft. Otto however, had other plans. He commandeered his flying lady to a land he’d heard of in fairy tales. High in Germany’s fabled Harz Mountains. Goslar. And in particular the river Gose, whose gurgling salt and mineral rich waters gave the local brew its unmatched zest.

So dazzled was Otto with the brew he tasted, he carried its recipe on all future escapades, savouring foreign flavours like coriander, added to enhance its lemony character.

Our version of this crisp Gose style of beer is a tribute to this swashbuckling aviator. Perfectly balanced, tart, and with a beautiful citrusy bouquet that pairs with any kind of cuisine. OTTO PILOT – guaranteed to remain a revitalizing ally on all your culinary adventures.
