It was always our intention to change one beer and replace it with a new one and we have done exactly that for the last 2 years. Think IPA, Westcoast IPA, Lost Monday, Summersault etc. Explorer Series are experimental, seasonal and one-off brews that change frequently.
Kaapi Stout
Brewed with our very own roasted black barley and south Indian coffee in collaboration with a home-brewer.
Nimbu Pani Ale
What would you call a beer that is tart, citrusy, a bit salty and very refreshing? In other words, very similar to Nimbu Paani! NIMBU PAANI ALE of course!
Cream Stout
Inspired by the classic Irish stout that is so popular across the world, this version is not as dry and bitter but has the classic roastiness!
B’day Cake Stout
B’day Cake Stout has notes of coffee, toffee, cinnamon along with a sweetness enhanced by generous additions of real vanilla and milk sugar.
Munich Dunkel Lager
Munich Dunkel Lager is deep copper in colour and has rich & complex flavours of Munich malt. Think about the rich crust in artisanal breads.

Legal Alien – English IPA
Keeping with the traditional IPAs, we have made this one to be flavourful and at the same time, bitter & aromatic with a subtle balance!
Mocha Stout
A collaboration between Independence Brewing Co. & ourselves where we have taken the goodness of our Kaapi Stout and blended it with IBC’s chocolate stout, Ixcacao.
Easy Come Easy Go IPA
This IPA could possibly be one of the most sessionable IPA’s on tap today even though it stands at a solid 6.5% ABV.
Red Porter
A small batch Porter with a whif of caramel, hints of roast, and red wine fruitiness. A brew that has a smooth, refreshing taste.
