Sun of a Witch
Gin inspired festive brew for the Woodside Inn Beer & Burger Fest.
High in her frosty Hexenturm, Midea spent the hours stealthily brewing an elixir that would remind her of the dazzling sun. Unable to leave this icy prison to seek the elements she desired, Midea hissed a spell to infuse the brew with a heady bouquet of juniper, coriander and licorice. And scents of cucumber. A potent concoction that she hoped would release her from her dreary confinement.
BEHOLD!
As soon as she imbibed the radiant brew, Midea flared into a veil of brilliance that cloaked the moody skies. Now spring would forever be a sip away.
